Steelers’ Week 6 Foe Makes Big Move Following Joe Flacco Trade

The departing defender was tied for second on the Browns this season with three passes defended

The Pittsburgh Steelers will be facing a much different-looking Cleveland Browns team when the AFC North foes play on Sunday in Week 6.

Just two days after trading starting quarterback Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals, the Browns sent starting cornerback Greg Newsome II to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday.

“We’ve acquired CB Tyson Campbell from the Jaguars in exchange for CB Greg Newsome II,” the Browns official account posted on X.

Cleveland also received a 2026 seventh-round draft pick and dealt a 2026 sixth-round selection in the trade, which is pending physicals.
