NFL Insider Provides Positive Update From Aaron Rodgers-Steelers Visit

Rodgers had a lengthy visit in Pittsburgh

The idea of Aaron Rodgers taking the field at quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers keeps creeping closer to reality.

Multiple reports surfaced early Friday, with Rodgers visiting the team in Pittsburgh as free-agent conversations continue. ESPN’s Adam Schefter followed up with his findings on the high-profile meeting later in the afternoon.

“Aaron Rodgers spent about six hours at the Steelers’ training facility today, meeting with their coaches,” Schefter posted to X. “It was said to be a positive visit, and the two sides will stay in touch.”

Russell Wilson has yet to sign, so the watch in Pittsburgh remains on the veteran market as the franchise weighs who will take over at quarterback in 2025.
