It wasn’t the Pittsburgh Steelers’ night on Thursday.
Pittsburgh took on the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night on the road at Huntington Bank Field. It was a snowy ballgame that wasn’t pretty. The Steelers had control of the game for most of the night, but turnovers played a big role in Cleveland taking over and eventually winning 24-19.
The Steelers had a chance at the end on a Hail Mary pass from Russell Wilson, but it was batted down in the end zone ending the game. On the pass, Steelers receiver George Pickens was seen grappling with Cleveland Browns cornerback Greg Newsome II. After the game, Newsome took to social media with a shot for Pickens.
“Fake tough guy,” Newsome posted with three laughing emojis.
Pittsburgh won’t have to wait long to try to get revenge against the Browns. The Steelers will face off against the Brown again on Dec. 8 but this time at home at Acrisure Stadium. The Steelers will face off against the Cincinnati Bengals first on Dec. 1 on the road before they can face off against the Browns again.

Even with the loss, the Steelers still are in first place in the AFC North. Pittsburgh currently has an 8-3 record after the loss and the second-place Baltimore Ravens are at 7-4 on the year. Cleveland is in last place in the division with a 3-8 record after taking down the Steelers.
When the Browns and Steelers face off again in a few weeks, this rivalry between Pickens and Newsome certainly will be worth watching.
