Aaron Rodgers Gives Emotional Interview After Steelers’ Big Win Vs. Dolphins

Rodgers was fired up after beating Miami

Aaron Rodgers has won a lot of games over his 21-year career, but he’s still as fiery as ever at age 42.

Rogers was clearly excited after leading the Pittsburgh Steelers to a 28-15 win over the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football, giving an emotional postgame interview on the field after posting the second-highest completion rate of his career.

“I do love being here in this city. I love the organization. It’s been a lot of fun for me to be able to play for Mike Tomlin,” Rodgers said. “There’s a lot of good guys on this team. Guys that care about it, guys that feel like they got a lot to prove. But my one question is, where the hell is my tequila?”

Rodgers is also excited by the prospect of playing in the postseason for the first time in four years, especially if the Steelers get to host a playoff game at home.

“We need to take care of business these last three weeks. This was a really important one, though…it’s a big win for us,” Rodgers said. “I think we’re gonna start believing a little bit more that we can do something special.”

Rodgers and his teammates are flying high after back-to-back wins against the Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens. They lead the AFC North by one game with three to go, giving them the inside track to win the division and clinch a postseason berth.

If that happens, Rodgers will need some tequila to celebrate.
