Ravens Make Lamar Jackson Decision Before Week 14 Vs. Steelers

The two-time MVP has battled a myriad of injuries this season

The Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers both enter Sunday’s Week 14 battle at 6-6, tied atop the AFC North.

The rivals’ first meeting of the season could go a long way in deciding who will win the division, though Baltimore and Pittsburgh will play again in Week 18.

Ravens two-time MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson missed Thursday’s practice due to an ankle injury but returned to the field on Friday and is set to play on Sunday, according to head coach John Harbaugh.

“Lamar is set to play Sunday against the Steelers, per Harbaugh,” Brian Wacker of the Baltimore Sun wrote on X.

The four-time Pro Bowler has fought a myriad of injuries this season and missed three games recently before returning in Week 9.

Jackson has struggled over his past four games, however, completing just 55.9% of his passes for 768 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. The 28-year-old’s also been less of a threat on the ground, collecting just 84 scoreless yards on 26 rushing attempts and fumbling four times, losing two of them.

Jackson’s coming off arguably his worst game of the season in Baltimore’s Thanksgiving Day loss vs. the Cincinnati Bengals, going 17-for-32 with 246 passing yards, no touchdowns and one interception with a pair of lost fumbles.
