DeShon Elliott Responds To Cameron Heyward Trolling Him On Social Media

Elliott doesn't appear to be a big fan of Guinness

The Pittsburgh Steelers traveled to Dublin, Ireland, for their Week 4 contest against the Minnesota Vikings, and they ended up earning their third win of the year with a 24-21 victory. When the Steelers weren’t playing football, they were exploring the country, and that led to a hilarious reaction between safety DeShon Elliott and defensive lineman Cameron Heyward.

One of the things Ireland is best known for is Guinness beer, which has become popular all across the world. Trying it in Ireland is a different experience, though, so several players decided to do just that. Elliott, who had apparently never tried Guinness before, was one of them, but he didn’t seem to like it, as Heyward snapped a hilarious photo of Elliott’s reaction to trying the popular brew.

“What helli deli,” Heyward said alongside the picture of Elliott in a post to his Instagram story.

It didn’t take long for Elliott to catch wind of Heyward’s troll job, and he decided to quickly fire back in a post on his own Instagram story. Elliott simply urged his followers to never try Guinness, as he confirmed that the look on his face was due to him not liking the taste of the renowned beer.

“Idk who or what a deli is buttt guys don’t try a Guinness beer ever in your life …” Elliott said in response to Heyward.

Elliott may not like Guinness, but he certainly enjoys winning, and that was the primary goal for the Steelers on their trip overseas. Now, they will enjoy some time off, as they have a bye week in Week 5. When they return to action, they will be taking on the Cleveland Browns in Week 6 in a big divisional matchup.
