The Pittsburgh Steelers just put their… you know… on the table.
The Dolphins and #Steelers have finalized a blockbuster trade to send All-Pro CB Jalen Ramsey to Pittsburgh, sources tell me and
The Miami Dolphins have agreed to trade cornerback Jalen Ramsey to Pittsburgh, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero. The Steelers will give the three-time All-Pro a $1.5 million raise this season, bringing his compensation up to $26.6 million for 2025.
Ramsey confirmed the news himself with a post on X.
Rapoport reported that the trade was “dead” last week, but talks continued and the two sides were ultimately able to get it past the finish line thanks to Steelers general manager Omar Khan. Rapoport, Pelissero and ESPN’s Adam Schefter were weirdly quiet about the return in the immediate aftermath of the news, which is surprising considering Minkah Fitzpatrick is headed back to Miami in order to get the deal done.

Pittsburgh now adds another superstar to its defense, with Ramsey joining the likes of T.J. Watt, Darius Slay, Cameron Heyward, Derrick Harmon, Alex Highsmith and Joey Porter Jr.
