Russell Wilson will begin meeting with teams as he searches for his 2025 landing spot.
Wilson will meet with the Cleveland Browns on Thursday before visiting with the New York Giants on Friday, as first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Multiple outlets echoed the report Wednesday afternoon.
Wilson spent the 2024 campaign playing on a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He’s thought to still be in play for the Steelers, especially after Justin Fields reportedly signed with the New York Jets.
Wilson and the Steelers reportedly are waiting for Aaron Rodgers to decide where he wants to sign. The four-time NFL MVP reportedly is between the Steelers and Giants, meaning there’s a chance Wilson lands with the loser of the Rodgers sweepstakes.
