The Pittsburgh Steelers found the right balance in their roster with a fast 6-2 start to the season to lead the AFC North.
Pittsburgh jumped out at the top of the division with its own talent paired with a collective slow start from the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cleveland Browns. The talented Baltimore Ravens found their footing to sit right behind the Steelers. Now, the division is tighter and the Steelers enter a critical stretch of the season.
The Steelers return from their bye week to take on dazzling rookie Jayden Daniels and the 7-2 Washington Commanders. From there, Pittsburgh embarks on a stretch of five consecutive road games, including their first matchup against the Ravens. All six matchups within the division for Pittsburgh.
The Steelers are talented. They’re finding an identity with offensive improvements and better production from their starters. There’s no better place to prove that than within the division. Furthermore, division record could go a long way at the end of the season if Pittsburgh and Baltimore stay on schedule or if the Bengals make a surprising push.
Pittsburgh and Washington kick off on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
