Former NFL Star Calls Steelers Team To ‘Fear’ After Giants Victory

Pittsburgh isn't slowing down

Despite doubts throughout the offseason and preseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers have proven to be one of the best teams in the National Football League and they’re a team that deserves respect.

The Steelers stormed to a 26-18 win over the New York Giants on “Monday Night Football,” moving their way to a 6-2 record and moving into first place atop the AFC North after the Baltimore Ravens fell to the Cleveland Browns.

Pittsburgh is getting the job done on the offensive and defensive side of the ball, with Russell Wilson and Najee Harris leading their offense while T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith lead the defense. The win on Monday proved to be one of earning respect, as one former NFL star has called the Steelers a team to fear.

On ESPN’s “Get Up” on Tuesday morning, former NFL center Jeff Saturday spoke about the Steelers and gave them some major respect after another hard-fought win.

“This team is a team you should fear and here’s why,” Saturday said on “Get Up.” “Mike Tomlin knows how to win the ball game that matters when it comes to playoffs. I know they have a tough schedule, someway, somehow they’ll find a way to make this thing happen.”
