Raiders Superstar Called Player Steelers Need To ‘Add Now’ Through Trade

Pittsburgh has been in the news lately

The Pittsburgh Steelers have lost two straight games and need to get back on track.

Pittsburgh will face off against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 6 action on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 4:05 p.m. ET. Before that matchup, there could be an intriguing trade on the horizon. It sounds like the Raiders are going to trade superstar receiver Davante Adams and Pittsburgh has been in the mix already.

It has been reported that the Steelers are interested in Adams and are willing to make a significant offer for him. Nothing has gotten done at this point, but it’s clear Pittsburgh wants a new receiver.

Each week, Bleacher Report’s scouting department takes a look at each franchise and puts together a list of players the team can target to improve the roster now, next offseason, and in the next draft. Bleacher Report said Pittsburgh should add Adams now.

“Add Now: Trade for WR Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders,” Bleacher Report said. “(National Football League) trade speculation is starting to heat up, and Davante Adams is undeniably the biggest name who could be on the move. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that talks are expected to intensify this week.

“The NFL insider also noted that the Steelers, (Buffalo Bills), and (Baltimore Ravens) are monitoring the situation and “could get into the mix.” Adams might have the biggest impact on the Steelers offense out of all the teams interested. They just don’t have options outside of George Pickens that can really scare opposing secondaries, and Arthur Smith has the Steelers offense looking more viable than any of Pittsburgh’s other post-Ben Roethlisberger offenses.”

Pittsburgh is looking to make a move, and Adams should be the guy it is willing to invest in.
